I’m absolutely obsessed with this chilled red wine. Northern Italy, so you get all the earthy-notes of a Nebbiolo but a fresh red berry finish. It’s super dry, nothing sweet about this bottle. I can’t get enough of this grape and enough of this producer - some grignolino’s tend to go sweeter side or more fruit forward, this bottle is just perfect with a dry finish. Pair it with literally anything for a chilled accompaniment. I put mine in the cooler about four hours before serving and it’s the perfect temperature!
This would be a great Thanksgiving pairing for Turkey dinner - for the party that can’t decide on white or red pairing!
