When I managed a fine dining Japanese restaurant, this was my go-to Sashimi pairing. Beautifully crisp, a bit of salinity to it that was just absolutely perfect with any style sushi. Today, I pair it with oysters, octopus, Matt’s Caesar salad, and anything that craves a little salinity. “Patio Pounder” for sure- once you open this, it seems to disappear very quickly :-)
