Red burgundy in its elegance. Light body, cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, earthy tones, absolutely beautiful and easy drinking Pinot from Burgundy. Great to have with charcuterie with cured meats, roasted chicken with herbs, can stand up to salmon and my personal favorite, baked brie. Great, approachable Burgundy for someone dabbling into French Pinots.
