Once again, a sucker for a fun label. This 100% Chenin Blanc is absolutely crushable though. It’s been on three of my tasting menus this year for its versatility and very clean approach. Biodynamic production, aged on fine lees, no sulfites added. Just a very, very good bottle of wine. Perfect with a herb-roast chicken or lighter pastas or seafood dishes. But honestly, another bottle you can just sit and drink alone (meaning without food, please never drink wine alone- it’s meant for sharing with good company).
