I’m adding this bottle of Chenin Blanc to offer an elevated producer option. The Jardin is incredible, the Aumones is exquisite. Refined, dry, vibrant, chalky, stone fruit notes, and just incredibly well done. Whole cluster pressing here before aging on fine lees. Then aged in older oak to give it a rounded finish. This is the bottle you take to someone who knows their wine. OR the bottle you drink when you really want to celebrate with a nice white wine pairing. Think seafood, shellfish, salads, soft cheese, poultry.
