Castello di Tassarolo Gavi "Orsola"

from $98.46

Italy’s dry white Gavi grape is a bit different than a Pinot Grigio in the sense that it has more chamomile, orange blossom, and lemon notes to it than just mineralogy. I’d call this a “dynamic” white that will still pair with your light apps, seafood, heavier fish entrees, and I’d even go as far as pairing this with chicken and pork. I truly love this bottle and have been drinking it for almost six years without a vintage ever being “off.”

The Andy Warhol pop-art portrait of the producer’s niece is also one of my favorite label collaborations of all time.
