Summer 2025 I went way down the rabbit hole of Greek wines. And I’m so glad! I had no idea the elegance (and affordability!) of Greek vino. Assyrtiko stood out most. Sauvignon Blanc profile - light, crisp, a little tropical fruit notes, high acidity, herbal undertones, “saline-kissed” finish. One of the most interesting wines I’ve ever had. Highly encourage it for the adventurer or to bring to a party for a conversation starter. I’d be thrilled to go into more detail on Greek wines, just email me if you want to geek out together!
