Albert Bichot is my new all time favorite Chardonnay producer from Burgundy for approachable pricing and high quality. We’ve have the Macon-Village Chardonnay on the menu all year because of the quality of this wine! 100% Chardonnay from southern Burgundy. Floral, a little honeysuckle, subtle minerality. Great for everything from seafood to poultry. This is one to get a case and just have on hand for company or when you need a good gift to give a host.
