Again, I’m a huge fan of this producer. The Macon-Village is incredible, a great every day drinking Chard. The CHABLIS though, this is is something special! Grown on clay and limestone, all stainless steel vilification, it’s more lemon, white flowers, chalky, and very lively! A great, great salmon pairing but a bottle to just impress too! Big fan of this Chablis!
